First Blog Post EVER

Hi Design Family! This is my FIRST BLOG POST EVER! I wanted to add another way to share things with my friends, family, future clients, and anyone else who wants to take a peek into my world.

Why A.R.T. Home Designs? Well I started with a few other names that were already trademarked... I worked at my parents custom frame shop from the time I was 11 years old, until I went to college. Needless to say I have a lot to say about art - notice I didn't say I KNOW a lot about art. The A.R.T. stands for A Real Treasure. Obviously Treasure is my name; yes my real name - and I was thinking... how can I use this awesome name and share something I love. Thus this company was born. And I say company very loosely. I love all things home furnishings, interior decorating, HGTV, etc. Give me money, and I will spend it on things for the place I live before I spend it on clothes. Maybe I just prefer dressing my home. :)

This first post is to tell you a little about me, and to say a big HELLO! I look forward to connecting with all of you, and really just sharing my inspirations, ideas, and my Treasure.
